Ericson 32-2

Haveing a 1970 Ericson 32-2 surveyed next week,i know the compression post problems are well documented with this model however, there are so many around still sailing they must be good boats. I like the size and layout as I am a single handed sailior, seems to really fit what I am looking for. I guess my question is any one out their have any feed back on the ability of these boats,I am a SF bay sailor and do some running down the coast to Santa Cruz.

Look at the ericsonyachts site. Nice group of people v helpful. I have a 32-2 and absolutely love it. Sails really fast and is pretty stable.
