Milan, both of the Caframo D cell fans are meant to be directed at the person who needs to be cool. They are not whole cabin fans. My wife and I each have one that we use when we're trying to sleep. They are very effective when used that way. On high speed they move too much air so we just leave them on low.

No they are not meant to be wall mounted.
