Cheoy Lee 47 Pedrick Design

I am considering purchasing a Cheoy Lee 47 CC.
Does anyone out there have any information/ experience with this model or Cheoy Lee construction quality in general?
Pedrick cruising designs?

Check the horizontal stringers to see if they are wood. If so are they epoxied right to the inner hull skin without any stress relief? Check the hull along the stringers above the bilge and look for stress cracks. Also check that the bulkheads are well bonded to the hull, again check for stress relief, such as foam between the bulkhead and fg hull. Check for cracking along and to each side of the bulkheads. There should be no hard points between any wood and the FG shell.

Also check the condition of the bulkheads and stainless chainplates. Also check carefully the condition of the motor mounts and motor mount stringers.

Thanks for the reply, I've done a preliminary inspection with my wife, since she has to approve the boat as well.
Originally well set up and constructed but looks like the older owner has neglected it for the last couple of seasons but otherwise looks well maintained and consistently maintained.
The pointers are welcomed since I am unfamiliar with the shortcomings of this particular design. Any pointers are welcomed, I will be doing a second, more comprehensive inspection now that my wife has approved the boat.
