Another production boat that you should look at is Hanse. There is a 370 lsited for sale on this thread. Not as spacious as a Catalina 380 but a much better sailor and very competitively priced.

Whatever you choose, take a good look at the size of equipment on board for the rigging and sail controls. Of course, engine evaluation is a whole separate topic. Condition, condition, condition... Good luck.
