Catalina 315 opinions

This is just a general question to everyone! What is yall's opinion of the brand new Catalina 315? Could it be sailed across the Atlantic? Blue water capabilities? Thanks for the input

I have spent the last few months studying the various sailboats in the marketplace that meets my requirements for a blue water sailor that I can still afford. It came down to the Catalina 315 and 355.
Additional nail biting brought me to the conclusion that the 315 best suits my needs. She will take me across the Gulf and all over the Caribbean. I only need a 32 foot slip and can be easily singlehanded.
It has an official CE"A" rating for extended passages offshore. Inside is ample space for living aboard for two. Outfitted to my requirements will make her fully self contained.

I looked at one (315) at a recent boat show. The interior is awesome, the standing rigging is nice and rugged, although I am not too big a fan of going offshore with a furling main.
