If you keep her in water the stainless will corrode the aluminum sleeve through galvanic action. Try to keep those two metals the same.

Yep - just had that conversation with one of our members. I just ordered a stainless sleeve from McManus and Carr here in LA. Can't get the good stuff unless you know of a catalog that can deliver. Thanks for the head's up!
