CAL 35 mkII owners manual.

Well I've reached Florida and I still don't know how to use this thing. I kid. But does anyone have a copy of this of manual they could scan and send to me? There is one source online that frustratingly only has the front page for download which says: "very important, read me," on the cover! Anyone got a copy?
