Cabo Rico

Hello,

I'd like to get thoughts about Cabo Rico 40's as blue water cruisers. Does anyone have experience with the boats?

Great boats. Built very well. The 40/42 is a Chuck Paine design, however I understand that Cabo Rico had W.I.B. Crealock involved in some capacity with the bow. All the Cabo Ricos are proven ocean crossing boats. I crewed on a 42 going south a couple of years ago and she performed very well in some pretty snotty conditions. The 42 is a 40 with an aft deck section added.
