Brewer 44 vs Morgan (Nelson-Marek) 43

I have trimmed my list down to two different boats, but have found very little information on the NM Morgan 43. Both boats are similarly equipped, and although I like the Brewer in more ways than one, it is also about $50k more. My question to anyone is about the Morgan. What are the downsides? How does it sail/liveaboard long term. I intend to spend most of the time in the Carribbean, but we all know that at any time plans can change and a new location may peak my interest, so I wan to make sure she is more than just capable in some other areas, like the south Pacific and Sea of Cortez. I have found a few places with good things to say about the NM Morgan 43 but since it is quite limited, I would like to hear some more input. Thanks in advance.
