Could it be a Whitby 42? Looks pretty close in shape, but the windows aren't quite right....still though...it might be...what does the crowd think?
The raised saloon and cabin top make it look more like a Ted Irwin or something that Cheoy Lee may have tried for a center cockpit. Not a Whitby or Brewer boat, almost positive of that.
At San Sebastián de La Gomera, Canary Islands, it seems.
Damn.. so it is.. its where I said goodbye to Ron and his L380 and caught the ferry.. nice little town with nice bars/tapa..

To me it looks like her name is Second Nature. Searching for s/v Second Nature pulls up very few results. A guy named Bob owned a boat by that name and posted to a Pearson Triton yahoo group board. The large port lights look similar to those on some Tritons. I can't find a center cockpitketch Triton that looks exactly the same, though.

not American made ...
with that forward deck coaming/spray shield and the aft pronounced overhang along with teak decks...
ummmm Dutch?...Swedish perhaps.. not a rassy, not an Irwin, not a Pearson, not a gulfstar, not a waquiez, not a morgan..not a cheoy lee...not an Amel,..not german...I think?...not benateau... French built?...maybe...not a moody, not a contest..
small builder, semi custom...if a production boat, very few were made...gibb sea?...
so someone tell us....what is it?

Re: Brand / type sailboat?
I can tell you for sure that she is tied up in San Sebastian marina on La Gomera in the Canary Islands
Remember it well as it is where we both first learnt to sail there, and got our first two major sailing certs there too, in regular Force 8 to 10 winds, whilst dodging the regular Benchijigua Express of the Fred Olsen Line zipping between San Sebastian and Los Cristianos at 40 knots!
Not sure of the boat model (yet), but it is just possible to discern that she is named "Second Nature".....for sure, so another clue
Given the above location, whilst not impossible to be a US model it would seem rather more improbable than her being a EU or Asian model. Looks vaguely like a Chinese built 'Celestial' or even a 'Cheoy Lee' but not close enough......I think, at the moment.
So still working on this......in the meantime I hope I've moved your quest along on the right trail a little.
