Bmobay Clipper 31

I am looking at a Bombay Clipper 31. Anyone know how stable one of these are? I love the roomyness of the 11' beam and shallow draft, but at what cost?
3300 lbs. ballast and only a 3'5" draft. I would think that it would be very tender. What would it be like in a blow?

Anybody sail one?
