Thank you for your service Warrior, I am a retired Navy Chief and live aboard a 34 foot wooden boat. A 1967 Sea Spirit designed by Hugh Angleman and Roger Harden. I had to spend alot of money to get here up to snuff, (90+K), but she is a great live-a-board and I have found with my disabilities (from lifting heavy ordnance for 24 years) that she is very easy to single hand. I would suggest to try and stay between 32 and no more than 40 feet for single handing. I have several pictures of my boat in my profile be my guest and check her out. Maybe you could make a deal with this guy and have some of your army buddies help get her out. I know the army has the equipment that could help. Someones got to move VERY quickly or she will be gone.
