In saying if you take a non blue water fryer and go into blue water you might get burned.

Re: Better to look or actually own and do?

If you don't like sailing why become a sailboat owner? Maybe a pontoon party boat with a pirate flag would be more suitable.

There was a recent thread about a home made pontoon boat with a garden shed for shelter heading off to cross the Atlantic. Hope they at least have a blue water fryer.

My new modern French Fryer flexes when I put the chicken in. I'm afraid it is going to lose a handle when I get in big waves.:P

Re: Better to look or actually own and do?

What do I do if I wanna fry things other than French people? Say Chicken nuggets.

Can anyone point me to a bluewater capable chicken nugget fryer?

And if it says "deep" fryer doesn't deep imply blue water?

Dang this sh!t is confusing. Can we talk about Lithium batteries instead?

Re: Better to look or actually own and do?

I think we all get too caught up in what kind of fryer it is. The important thing is to just get a fryer & start frying! That being said I still don't like Hunters.

I was watching a show the other day, and it was talking about how our brains work and that watching an activity excites same areas of the brain as participating. It is part of what makes us human: empathy.

While watching this show I felt smarter.
