Beneteau Oceanis 370 circa early 1990

I have friend contemplating the purchase of said vessel and I was curious if anyone had experience with this model. I haven't had the chance to give it a detailed inspection, but my general observation of the layout is that the numerous portholes and fixed windows around the deck stepped mast (with furling mainsail) make for a weak spot

There is a lot I like about this model, but the larger potential structural issues are worrying.

This will probably be used for costal cruising in good weather probably means I'm worrying about nothing likely, but the boat will have to weather tropical cyclones at dock.

Any info would be appreciated.
