Beneteau 510 Owners, Help!

In particular, ballast weight, and depth of canoe body!!!!

Geo, Thanks! I had't been on Beneteau's website in years, they never had any info before about the french boats. I am looking for stability info. I still need tbe depth of canoe body measurement. And, of course any thing else to do with Stability.
I go up to Everett every summer to Cruise up to Canada, with a buddy up there.

I recently acquired an Oceanis 510; busy with a refit and have many questions. I need to remove the ceiling linings in the saloon to access underside of coachroof and deck in a few areas, and then put it all back together. Is there a trick to this as I dont want to damage anything?
