Beneteau 50

Does anyone know of any reason not to buy a new Beneteau Oceanis 50? Are they known for any certain problems? New ones are going for about the same price as 2 year old 50s. Yes I'll have to add a few things, but warranty seems worth it to me.

You may want to take a look at the Jeanneau 50 DS. It's a little less expensive, but is more sailing oriented and constructed more substantively. The warranty is the same and both use virtually the same suppliers. Its hard to make a mistake either way....
