Bavaria 390 Lagoon

Hi all.
Just after some thoughts on a boat I'm contemplating.
A problem shared etc.....
I have the chance of the above boat at almost 20k less than asking price.
There are some problems with it of course.....
Standing rigging would need redoing.
Deck is teak which needs re-caulking.
There's a couple of leaks over the stern cabin and near chart table/bulkhead.
Pulpit slightly bent & nav light broken.
There's also a few places where the gel coat has been damaged above waterline midships but no apparent glass damage.
The boat is sitting on the Cote d'Azure France with mooring fees of €6,500
Has anyone any experience/recommendations for a good marine surveyor?
And does anyone know of a cheaper marina along the coast towards Italy/Greece who can also provide a good standard of repairs?
