Arends 33. Specs needed

I'm looking at buying an Arends 33 with the intention of leng term cruising in both tropical an higher latitudes such as the southern ocean.

I know they where designed buy Ron Swanson and built buy Arends. I read in many places that they where designed to have a shoal draft in order to cruise the Australian east coast. But I cannot find an extensive data sheet for them.

Does anybody have information about them? One of the things I'm looking for is the weight and type of the ballast. Another is the sail area. Any other info will be welcome.

Also, any private experience of sailing this boat (especialy in extrem conditions) would be welcome. Experiences of going aground and testing the strength are also very important to me.
