Apache 37 -might get, what to look for?

As the title sez, am talking with an owner about his Apache 37, cosmetically looks good, hard to beat an S&Sdesign, and Chris Craft had a good rep, so what's the caveat?

The hull of that boat is very pretty; though the coachroof lines are not.
I recall seeing a photo of one in (I believe), the Hiscock's books with the coachroof completely stove in from a storm. I've always wondered about the boat's integrity, as I have one for a neighbour.
