Re: Anyone recognize this boat?
I see some markings and a name on the bow. Can't quite zoom in and read it well, but try googling those and see what pops up. In today's world the government keeps track of everything and most of thise records are available online to the public. She's nice looking!

Re: Anyone recognize this boat?
Serial number is on the transom starboard side. Could be a Pearson

Re: Anyone recognize this boat?
I had a Pearson... but could not find and ID or serial number on transom.
The numbers on the front are provincial license numbers... the name means nothing since not registered... can be changed twice a week.
The Pearson idea is interesting though. Was written off because mast fell and bent.

Joining us on this leg of the voyage as our first guest is Gord Zimmerman of Bobcaygeon, Canada. We first met Gord and his wife Sue when they attended one of our “Outfitting and Provisioning for Cruising” seminars before they left for their 2-year cruise to the Caribbean aboard their Sidelmann 37, “Lady Simcoe”. We have kept in touch and we are now all members of the same yacht club at home. Gord is a life-long racing and cruising sailor but had never sailed in Europe and wanted to experience some longer offshore passages.

That warm fuzzy feeling one gets when helping out another boater : )
But thanks all. The boat was taken to the dump and crushed : |
Boats like this in every marina and one would think there would be a business in salvaging and selling used boat parts, but there unfortunately just isn't. The numbers do not work... sad.
