Any Ta Shing Panda 38 owners out there?

Does anyone out there own or has sailed on a Ta Shing Panda 38 that can comment about the boat... the good, bad and ugly?

Ta Shing built excellent boats in the 1980's. I owned a Mason 44 and it was a very high-quality boat. I have been onboard a Baba 40 (Panda) many times, and the build quality is equal to that of the Masons. I love the boats that came out of Taiwan in the 1980's, and currently own another one built there, albeit by the Shin Fa yard (Hans Christian 33).

I have a 1981 Ta Shing Baba 35. The build quality is, as was said above, excellent. Very robust. I have seen her inside and out at this point in my refit.
