1981 hull#220 Cape Dory 30 cutter here, love her. I guess the proof of Alberg's great designs is the rather strong following. Could I own another boat? sure, but my heart would have some healing to do.

I picked up a 1979 Cape Dory 30 ketch last fall as my next project and so far I have been impressed. I can't wait to get out and do some longer trips on the boat and learn it better. Coming from the wooden boat world, I am really looking forward to the decreased maintenance (well, once I recore about 5 square feet of deck).
