I don't know with that kind of open floor plan it would be easy to turn it into a floating bar. We could anchor it out and give dinghy rides to customers to come out and drink in our new age floating bar. It would be a hit with people that don't know better.

It was probably a degree from one of those fly by night "technical schools" that advertise late at night. Although to be fair I would consider such a boat for a liveaboard in a quiet marina. Or as a boatel for the nonboating hipster crowd who don't know any better.

And I'm betting the 'Kingsize compartments' are the size of the rooms, not the beds. Which is still something.
