79 Irwin Citation 30 CB

Does anyone have a diagram of the CB cabling and where the cable is threaded through and how it is operated? We recently bought this boat and I saw the tube, but there is no cable. The seller stated she is a shoal draft boat, but my understanding is that if the tube is there, she was a CB boat, so, unless someone refit her somehow...

We do plan to pull her out of the water at the end of July for a full inspection and a new bottom job, I'm just curious now why there isn't a cable.
