. I've never sailed one. The 31 and 35 have a good reputation as offshore
boats. The 35 is at the top of my list. Looks like half the 39's were sold as kits. This would explain the lower price
of $40k vs $60k for a factory 35 of the same year. You can get a 31 for $15k. From the pics it is a little weird to see carpet on a sailboat. Get a survey
and I'm sure she will be a great coastal cruiser. There is an SC owners group on the web if you google
it. I'm not sure how active they are.
