28' Pearson or 33' Endeavor

We are first time sailors embarking on a life changing decision. We live in Oregon and are buying a sailboat in Florida to sail and keep in the Bahamas. We plan on visiting 4 months out of the year. We are making a decision TODAY. The Pearson seems solid but it definitely seems some TLC. Mostly aesthetic, new cushions etc. She is small seeming but very affordable. She is a 1987 28' Pearson. The Endeavor is a 1983 33'. The previous owner took very good care of this boat. It is immaculate. We don't know what to do as the Pearson could be lots more work bur the Endeavor annual cost of maintenance could be much higher because of the length compared to the Pearson. Does anyone have suggestions on either boat. Any advice is greatly appreciated!! Here are the links to both boats.
