I'm in the process of restoring an Irwin Citation 34. Mine was in similar shape, but there was no standing water problem. That would have been the deal breaker on this one. Its hard enough without replacing the bulkheads. Still, if you're young and have the time, for $2-3000, if the sails and rigging are good, its worth a thought. Three years of restoration for a coastal boat ? Perhaps its worth it. You'd have $24,000 into it in the end.
