1970 Challenger 32 Possible Purchase

I'm looking at this 1970 Challenger 32 that needs a bunch of work. I have a lot of free time and steady income and I'm looking to fix up a boat to live on. I have till June before I need a place to live so please take a look at the add and if you have any info on work it may need please let me know. I've built cars, trucks, and rebuilt engines my entire life.

Any ideas on the required materials and work that this boat needs?

I looked at that add a while back, and while it seams like a good price, the over 300$ a month and the needing sails, and lots else will eat you alive in the long run. There are so many decent boats/fixers out there that I would suggest looking for a while longer. I dont think there is anything wrong with a Challenger 32, but the bargains are still plentiful. Just my opinion. ____Grant.

That's kind of what I was thinking as well. It looks to need too much work. I'm going to set some cash aside over the next year and see about picking up one in much better shape.
