LOL, you can't "pass" peer review. Its not a test. Publishing opens it up to more peer review, that review is not even started.

I like the theory of space pushing in because a large mass object occupies the space. Not sure what one is correct thou. Don't really study it.

Driving a fossil fuelled stinky polluting boat through a pristine Arctic wilderness area in order to highlight the dangers of climate change is akin to shooting a stranger in order to highlight the danger of guns.

I have been in constant contact with EQII since they left Japan. I provided the on-shore support and weather update to them. The boat is crewed with experienced sailors. I have no problem to sail with them in a heart beat. Those on board are very capable individuals who are well educated, intelligent, successful achievers. The owner is a very humble and wise man, and yet the reporter took the advantage of it.

I found her News article is a bit biased towards Asians; it is just sad. Obviously, she does not have a clue about sailing in general. Although this is common themes on the internet as Asia gaining power in the world arena. But I know these will subside with time.

For those who want to know, they reported that they didn't see any ice until the last part of their NWP. EQII has left Pond Inlet last Sunday (Sept 11) sailing towards Ilulissat, Greenland.

Its not the first time, and far from the last.
That being said, jimmy cronell was unable to even get thru the NWP a few years ago, so every few years it opens.

FYI its been 19 years since the earth has warmed..... but then you already know that.

Satellites don't lie.

Cornell failed on his first attempt, supporting what I said, that it opens every few years, as it historically has. So far no less ice then there has ever been. We have only been tracking it for a very very very short period of time, just like the global temperatures tracked from satellites.
As for ground temperature tracks, I have never seen a bigger joke in meteorological science then the retroactive temperature manipulation.

May I ask your expertise of the Arctic? As one who lives here, 70 deg N, I've seen the change during decades how much the climate has warmed up. There's no question, just hard facts about it as the summers are longer and winters milder than before.

Personal observation is irrelevant due to the fact that your memories are unreliable, as are all peoples memories. You cannot see or observe global warming using your body, your personal observations, or your memory of events. Reason being, we are talking 1/10ths of a degree over several decades.
