Is there a possible way by the cape Alert during the driving season? The top of the white coolar wolf?

They have a great boat but when I was aboard early this year well short of equipped for the trip. They were sending out emails seeking donations of gear at that time. Not sure of the liability of having your gear sponsoring a trip like that?

Hopefully its smooth sailing this year like the year the nearly stock Bavaria 44 did it a few years back.

What a great idea - drive an ice breaker around the area for seventy odd days.

Then they can complain about the "unprecedented break up of the ice".


And a quick update for those still planning the passage this year. NOAA are still predicting Aug-Oct to be well above average ice extent (over half a million square kilometers above historical norm in August):
