Talking seriously now, you can start averaging to get a bigger sample but you will not be able to average out certain one-offs until the sample is much longer than a few years.
I do believe that man-caused climate change is likely to be happening, but there is some much BS around. Part of the problem is kids
studying "environmental studies" that do not include real math and physics, let alone hydrology.
