I live in Maryland and have sailed extensively in my twenties. However that has been many years ago (30). Sailing has always been a passion but during the years other thing (work and family) had been the priorities. My plan is to purchase my own boat and start cruising in the next two to three years. I am also interested in helping and working on the boat to gain more hands on knowledge before setting out on my own boat. I am very handy mechanically and with electronics.
