Looks clean and good!

In addition to my sail boat I have a 25' m/v in the water in Richmond. I've frequently used it to help friends move their boats. I would be game to 'shadow' you in this boat and assist with the move if needed. Donations to cover my fuel would be appreciated. Wednesday the 13th would be the day for me.

Yes, CF frequenters, I am aware of the implications of marine towing, etc.

Well, fair enough! But really, you should go up there for a cruise before doing a race. The pressures of racing can lead to indiscretions, ones that a little previous exploration can help avoid.

I never did the Ditch run, but did a few Silver Eagle races, and beating back from Vallejo, short tacking through San Pablo bay in the dark with only DR for pilotage was, well, interesting! Lots of mud banks...

I hope the OP gets to his new home unscarred and with some useful experience.
