San Diego to Guaymas Mexico ASAP! Paid gig

Made you look, I can only afford to pay you about $50 and food/beer on the trip

I'm open to more than one person coming but can't give everyone $50!

Ideally I would like to leave in the next week , yea short notice , this will be a long shot.

The boat is a islander 53 in fair shape, fully capable of making the trip. I anticipate 3 weeks , which should give us enough time to catch a few waves on the way.
I am a 25 year old guy with a dog...I have enough experience to get us there in one piece. .

I will be hauling the boat and leaving it there for the summer. I'll be catching a bus to the States and probably trying to buy a cheap car , so there is a small possibility I could give you a ride back to California. I'll be headed to lake Tahoe.

Call if your interested

Re: San Diego to Guaymas Mexico ASAP! Paid gig

Have you found your crew yet? I am looking to enhance my sailing experience and may be willing to crew for you. In my own case, the $50 would not be necessary. I am an older guy, but I see where you're coming from. I too surfed back in my prime. From your ad, it sounds like Scorpion Bay is one of your proposed anchorages. I can $ support myself and would merely be looking for the adventure and some additional sail time. Interested? Call John (760) 371-4000
