Hi All,

I have a sailing school in the Virgin Islands. I am looking for a good all around mechanic/Electrician/Plumper/keep the boat going kind of guy (that should fit a good number on this page... of maybe somebody you know.

Three boats (2002, 2005 and 2012) to keep up on... And a 4th boat under restore. Will furnish a live-a-board boat rent free. Estimate 20-30 hours a week. Salary depending on ability and positive impact on business.

I would like to submit my skills for the Mechanic Base manager position.


My background;
Age 65 excellent health, ride 50+ miles on bike at any given time.
Semi retired.


Management skill;
Handle people well, Critical thinker,Mentor style, Priority driven.
Owned my own business for 14 yrs, know the pressures.


Education:
BA Business, Minor Physics
MBA - Finance/Accounting 30+ years experience


Electrical/Mech/Plumbing:
Grew up on a Farm construction/ repair Garges during college summers.
Plumbing /Electrical- should be no problem

Mechanical - No Engin overhauls, everything else I'm experienced.
Sailing - ASA104 Nanny Cay, Tortolla 2017


Questions: Tools available for necessary repair work?
Live aboard boat, Stove, Fridge size etc?
20-30 hrs /wk do you have available ASA 105-108 classes. Paid direct out of my pocket. Course work would be subordinate to job duties and running the business.
Exiting boats: 1.) Conditions 2.) Maintenance schedules
