Crew Available: Looking for some fun opportunities to sail

I am a novice to sailing....took a course in San Diego in October 2014 and met a friend here in Costa Rica who has had me helping with sailing tours for tourists. I am looking for crew opportunities with people who would be patient and understanding with my lack of experience and willing to help me learn and hone my skills and knowledge. I am retired and therefore, have lots of time.

I am now in Panama. I have licence
For skipper US SAILING. but no experience. Only one week on the water in newport ri. Looking to get some experience and learn at the same time. If the position is available , what would be the estimated sailing dates please.

I assume you read my bio and understand that I am a novice. Is that ok with you?
How many people would be onboard?
I have never done this before. How is it worked for food cost wise?
