Looking for a boat from Fort Lauderdale to Carribbean

Hello.
My name is Evgeny (Jackie) Melnichenko and my girlfriend is Lital Timianski (can find us on facebook). We are looking to find a boat that sails to the carribean through the bahamas if we can it will be awesome! We looking to be a crew on the boat, We are experienced skippers in the mediterranean and the red sea. We are looking for a good adventure and to sail and swim in the clear blue water and to meet cool sea animals! We are handy and good company and love to share stories. Well take long waches and steer between the islands and make YARRR sounds.

Re: Looking for a boat from Fort Lauderdale to Carribbean

my name is rock and I have a 1981 Pearson 424. im 66 years old and live in Cape Coral. im single and have been working on my boat for the last year (when I bought it) I have a log at svtopaz.com I plan on leaving from Cape Coral in Jan to sail to the Bahamas and maybe further south. my plans are open. looking for a small crew. you would have the v bearth and separate entering ladder at least when we are not sailing. I am very easy to get along with. you would have free use of the boat, as far as im concerned its as much your boat as mine. check out my log. www.svtopaz.com. I am hauling out nov 12 and removing the mast, adding wind depth and light

Wow your story sounds amasing how you got well and got back tou your full strength, we saw your log and we would be happy to join you! But January its a little bit late for us because we want to save money for sailing and not to expend to much of it here in fort louderdale. Me and lital will talk about it if we will stay till the start of the sailing.

I am renting a 3 bedroom house on a canal with the boat. have 2 bed rooms if you want to help with the haulout. also I have a dog (Australian sheep dog. very friendly) do you have references ?
