Have you spoken to a ship's agent? Has or will title change in Peruvian waters?

Be aware that Peru requires you to check out and in that process they may discover a change of title that in some countries will trigger a tax on the sale transaction. I understand that Peru got rid of Stamp Duty but I would check on IVA/VAT and Impuesto a las Embarcaciones.
