Hi Craig, I don't have any qualifications although am able in many aspect: did some small boat sailing as a teenager as well as four weekend coastal yacht trips in the Adriatic; worked on diesel and petrol motors; can do many sorts of repairs - welding, pipe-fitting, other; handy man, jack of all trades..... I plan to do a five-day competent crew course in the beginning of January next. Am also a musician who can entertain everyone on board - will need to take my musical instruments along: alto sax; music sequencer; small amplifier - they won't take up much space.

What registration is the boat? If she is SA flagged, I think you are not allowed to use any skipper other than a South African. Otherwise - I'd love to do it for you!
