Anyways... I now have a crew signed on and paid up for the trip, they are stoked and so am I. We are leaving early May for 5 months of right hand point breaks and sailing adventures, zowie!!!

Its really amazing, when we first pull around the corner at Treasure Island, Palua Tuangku, and see the perfect overhead right handers peeling off the jungle clad point, amazing experience after 5 days of day and night sailing from Thailand around the top of sumatra and down the west coast of sumatra, past simalue island and into the fabled Banyak Islands, one of the last uncrowded surf areas in the world!!

I don't surf but was anchored at Nias when surf machine was there (2016, I think) From what I could see you certainly get your money's worth. Keith seemed to surf all day, perfect waves and definitely not crowded, hard to get there other than having your own boat. I was wishing I was a surfer, it's truly a surfing paradise.

We briefly met once in Phuket several years earlier.
