Crew ready to volunteer and help!

Hi there!

I am a 29 year old male and novice sailor prepared to volunteer my time to help crew aboard a sailboat in exchange for an opportunity to learn and further build my sailing skills. I have passed the ASA 101 course but I have now been bitten by the sailing bug.

I would like to continue to build my skills and learn more about all things sailing including sailing, maintenance and repairs, navigation, provisioning, etc., and would be willing to help out with any of the above (although preferably some sailing and not all maintenance and repairs!). I have the dream to one day own my own sailboat and I would love the opportunity to start building the necessary foundation of knowledge and skills to help make that dream a reality.

I am a quick study and ready to bust my hump to prove my worth. I am hard worker and I'll be sure to hold up my end of the deal, I just need an opportunity!

I will be available from the beginning of July to the end of August.

Feel free to pm me if you wish.

Cheers!

Nate

Re: Crew ready to volunteer and help!

Hello everyone!

Quick update -

I appreciate all of the opportunities that have been presented to me since joining CruisersForum and creating this thread.

I have been fortunate enough to have been offered several positions, two of which I jumped at. I am now tied up through July 31st.

I will become available to help crew after August 16th and beyond.

Should you have the need for a crewmember from the middle of August and/or beyond, please do not hesitate to send me a message.

I look forward to helping any way I can!

Cheers!

Nate
