Crew needed Vancouver BC to Bremerton WA

My Islander Freeport 41 is currently in Vancouver BC.

I'm wanting to return it to Bremerton WA on the 21st/22nd August. Expecting a 4 day transit across the Straits of Georgia to the Gulf Islands, maybe Victoria, then down to Roche Harbour, Port Townsend, then to Bremerton WA.

Looking for an experienced single crew.

Cheers

Any travel expenses? I have 5000 miles of offshore experience. I helped sail a Bavaria 43 from Port Hardy to Victoria in 2013. I also have 40 yrs of sailing experience, including racing, deliveries and cruising in NE, Gulf of Mexico, Bahamas and the BVI. I crewed with seven friends for a week on a chartered 50 ft Jeneaux out of Tortola around the BVI in April of this year.

great time of year to sail the salish sea; we took our Islander south to port Ludlow for a Islander Rendevous You should plan were you are going to clear customs . and if you can time the tide exchange at port townsmen or you hover. we made Ludlow in two days with anchorage at parks bay near Friday harbor. Enjoy the Eclipse fair winds Patrick

Re: Crew needed Vancouver BC to Bremerton WA

really wish you had posted this with more notice!
I live in Seattle and would definitely come up to crew on this trip but I think it's a bit too last minute to request a week off work

if you can't find a crew member in time and end up rescheduling...
I am am 34 yr old guy, been sailing on and off since 12.
have done paid crew work on 40 ft cat's in Hawaii and done volunteer work aboard a 60 ft wooden catch in northern Australia getting out to the reefs.
also done some coastal cruising around Maine and Rhode Island.
probably a smaller resume than most PMing you, but I am almost your neighbor

if you go as planned...
then good luck and enjoy!

Cruising my own boat in that area, until late October. If you can't find help before then, let me know.
