Caribbean resident / Marine electrical/mechanical installation/repair St Thomas..cook..Former owner of both 22'-30' monohull and 40'cross tri. I want to return to the Caribbean but need somewhere to put out from and find my spot. Writer w/document voyages. Long term or short.
