I know it's been a while since this post, but I just saw it. I am planning to sail out of Florida to Bahamas and points south sometime this Nov/Dec. I am planning to single hand but would love to have crew for at least part of my adventures. It would really help my learning curve to have an experienced person to exchange ideas with as I'm a beginner to cruising. Are you still wanting to go south?

Margo
