Hi Ping------

LD
G'day Bazza,
You are beginning to see why I avoid the place in the summer....

It may have been you that told me the increase in trampers on Navarino is down to the restrictions on numbers now in place in T d Paine?

Also noted your comment re the number of **big** yachts turning up this summer.... had a few looks on MTraffic... struth....

And I imagine all that laid up junk is still at Micalvi?

For Bob, the Twin Otter flight down from P Arenas ( 3 days a week... jets on the other three days ) is an adventure in itself... esp if you get a clear day and sit on the right....... better value than an hour in a RIB.

Jet 5 days a week at the moment .. bob nothing cheap at the end of the world .a hunk in the backpackers if you can find one is near 100 dollars. Govt is pumping lots of money on subsidized projects so workers are driving the demand for everything up .

Yeah. Before I left there was theee big super yachts , one with a heli. And a 50m sailing super yacht waiting for windows to go south. The micalvi was chick and 11 boats on the bouts or anchored out . Getting crowded
