Crew Wanted: Anacortes Wa. to San Francisco Mid August

This will be the first of two legs to San Diego on my 3 year old 30' gaff cutter in excellent condition.

Need 2 people with some sailing experience to help with watches, and misc. sailing needs. Experience with sailing on a gaff rigged boat would be great, but not necessary. A couple might be a good fit.

Plan to sail a near coast route without any stops unless necessary due to weather. But a quick stop along the way certainly isn't out of the question.

I am a married 60yo healthy man, non smoker, and non drinker when sailing.

Will fine tune date closer to leaving based on weather.

I have a 38' sloop in Alameda and would be interested in the trip from Anacortes to SF.

I am in my 60's in very good health, non smoker and don't drink. Just looking for additional coastal experience. I have been sailing for the better part of 4 decades.

Still have one available berth for trip from Anacortes to San Francisco for someone available on short notice. Will probably leave Anacortes Aug. 19 or 20th, and leave Port Angeles a day later. Two of us so far, and a 3rd would be a welcome addition to the crew.

3 year old gaff gutter in excellent condition. Will sail non stop weather permitting, have have no issue with stopping at a marina or two to make the trip more enjoyable.

Will pay for plane fare back to SeaTac. Otherwise non paid position.
