Maldives to Phuket, Thailand in September

Hi.. I have a 25m Gulet was in Goa, now in Maldives. I thought I would run her in Maldives on charter, but the laws are pretty crazy there.. so Im taking her to Phuket and hope to operate her there.. so, I am looking for an experienced skipper, we will hope to sail before 15 Sep.. 6 day sail I believe, on engines..

Also would appreciate any advice on setting up, incorporation procedures incl ownership for Thailand. Thanks!

Its been 6 years since I was in Phuket, but at the time they had a number of barriers to legal foreign charters. There was a very large import duty (over 200%), and the captain had to be Thai. Things may have changed, but you might want to check into the requirements.
