I'm ages away yet, busy getting some extra fund's together so as to get some help in.

Just amazes me how much bigger 15m is compared to a 10 m cat, but if I conviced myself of that at the beginning I never would have started.

But my cunning plan is almost complete, and will pay off handsomely and the $$$ will be rolling in in about 4 months, so still 18 mth's away, but with less work on my part, and a lot more money to cruise with than the original plan.
