The early trip was nice sailing with the wind from behind for the first 1/3 and then no wind after in relatively nice weather. Second trip was SW on the nose the entire way in mostly crappy weather. Heavy rains later in the season mean lots of floating trees up to 200 miles out which is not fun either.

We're planning an April departure so that will normally avoid rainy season (in full swing now)...hopefully that also means we will still get some of the better conditions.
