Local Knowledge for Raiatea / Huahine Charter

I am doing a charter (with Dream Yachts in Uturoa) originating from Raiatea and going to Huahine, Tahaa and Bora Bora, returning to Raiatea from 30 April to May 10, 2011. I am interested in any Local Knowledge tips that people who have previously sailed these islands. In particular:

Good anchorages both overnight and day anchorages including good motus to visit (I understand excessive depth is a real issue).

Places to re-water the boat.

Good places to bring the crew for dinner.

Good bars.

Worthwhile activities and attractions.

Dive Shop recommendations for a service where they will pick you up at the boat -- (also, I have to get a couple of the crew certified; they have already done their pool and class room portion).

Any other Local Knowledge information you believe would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Local Knowledge for Raiatea / Huahine Charter

We did not find the depths limiting nor problematic. When it seemed deepish we dropped one anchor on the shallow water and the other in the deep and spent time like this. Never any problem.

Found plenty of shallow anchorages - 3 to 6 meters, too.
