Iridium SIM in Panama?

A friend has asked me to help locate a dealer who can sell a prepaid Iridium SIM with airtime to be picked up in Panama. A Google scan revealed some shipping suppliers offering "complete solutions", but I think this is not really what he looks for... At anchor at Pearl Islands, not so easy to mail order. A shop to walk in and pay cash would be best ... any suggestions?
